Interview process
We know you have many choices and your time is precious. We’re laying out our recruitment process so you know what you can expect from us.
We really appreciate your interest in working with us – if you’re a good fit, you’ll have an initial call with a member of our lovely People team. It’s a chance to chat about your skills and motivations.
Next, you’ll meet with the hiring manager to discuss the nature and objectives of the role in more detail. Sometimes you’ll be asked to complete an assignment to showcase your strengths.
Finally, we’ll invite you to an interview for a discussion to make sure you’ll be a good cultural fit with the team.
